You can easily identify the District Office in charge of your application for a Daycare Voucher („Kita-Gutschein”) online while using the Hamburg Administration Guide („Behördenfinder der Stadt Hamburg“).
(1) Call up the Hamburg Administration Guide: https://www.hamburg.de/behoerdenfinder/hamburg/11369495/
(2) Enter the registered address (street name and house number) of your child in Hamburg.
(3) Press the red button („Weiter“) to continue.
(4) Enter your child’s surname.
(5) Press the red button („Weiter“) again.
Now the Hamburg Administration Guide will show you the relevant department’s contact details and opening hours.
