Eine europaweite Ausschreibung ist im Interesse der Gebührenzahler. Eine inhaltliche Beratung über Details und Inhalte der Ausschreibung hat jedoch bisher nicht stattgefunden, und Einzelheiten zu der auszuschreibenden Leistung sind der Ver- waltungsvorlage nicht zu entnehmen. Wir beantragen daher als Änderungs- bzw. Ergänzungsantrag zum TOP Ö14: 1. Die Verwaltung wird gebeten, den beabsichtigten Ausschreibungszeitraum zu be- nennen und zu begründen. 2. Die Verwaltung wird gebeten, die für das Los des Lkr. Harburg geplante Ausschrei- bungsmenge zu benennen und zu erläutern.
