Shallow Fry Fish (80g - 52%, 115g - 55%, 145g - 57%), Water, Wheat Flour, Preheat 5mm of vegetable oil to a medium heat. Canola Oil, Wheat Starch, Modified Maize Starch (1404), 80g – Fry in pan for 5 minutes each side. Salt, Sugar, Mineral Salts (450, 451), Yeast, Raising Agents 115g – Fry in pan for 6 minutes each side. 145g – Fry in pan for 6 - 7 minutes each side. (541, 500), Hydrolysed Plant Protein, Vegetable Gums (401, 412, 415), Gluten, Thickener (1400), Soya Flour, Emulsifiers (481, 471, 472e), Acidity Regulators (262, 263). Oven Bake - Fan Bake/Fan Forced Preheat oven and rack or tray to 220ºC. 80g – Bake for 7 - 8 minutes each side. 115g – Bake for 8 - 9 minutes each side. Storage Instructions 145g – Bake for 9 - 10 minutes each side.
