As meals are not included for the weekend, we are providing you with food options on campus, and both Leamington Spa and Coventry.

Birmingham International Airport

- There is a direct train line running from Birmingham International Airport to Coventry Railway Station

- The train journey is approximately between 9 to 12 minutes and runs at the interval of every 15 to 20 minutes.

- If you would like to enlist our services for transportation to the venue from Birmingham International Airport, we would be happy to arrange this for you.

In order to make your journey comfortable, there will be a chaperone allotted to you from our team. If you are arriving in Coventry, they will ensure you are escorted from Coventry Railway Station to the venue in a hassle free and timely manner. - Our team will ensure this service is available to you unless you have indicated otherwise

London Heathrow

- The underground station at Heathrow Airport can take you to London Euston Railway station with one change Green Park underground

- This journey would take you about 50 minutes approximately

- There are direct lines running from Euston Railway Station to Coventry Railway Station, which would take you just about 1 hour.

- For a more efficient and comfortable travel, we would suggest taking a taxi from Heathrow to Euston, which would take you about 40 minutes and cost approximately £40

- If you would like to enlist our services for transportation to the venue from London Heathrow Airport, we would be happy to arrange this for you.

Personal Arrangements

If you have indicated that you would prefer to arrange your own transportation to the venue and would like to refrain from benefiting from our services, we have a couple of suggestions to make your journey to the Warwick Congress Conferences easier to plan.

We would suggest hiring a taxi to ensure you have a time efficient and direct travel. The prices vary to reach the venue from Birmingham Airport and Coventry station, costing approximately £40 and £15 respectively. Below, we have listed some suggestions for reliable taxi services:
