Underground: Take the Piccadilly Line from Heathrow Airport – journey time of 52 minutes to Holborn. Change at Holborn for the Central Line – journey time of 8 minutes to Liverpool Street Station. Heathrow Express: Take the Heathrow Express from Heathrow Airport to Paddington Station – journey time of 15 minutes. Trains run every 15 minutes. Then take the Underground (either Circle Line or Hammersmith & City Line) from Paddington to Liverpool Street Station - journey time of 20 minutes. Trains run every 4-6 minutes.
