Application Procedure Nomination Partner universities are asked to nominate their student via e-mail to [email protected]. Application The nominated student is asked to send these documents via e-mail to [email protected]:  Europass Curriculum Vitae  Motivational Letter  Transcript of Records  Language Certificates Letter of Acceptance The student will receive a letter of acceptance.

Recommended Language Level Courses taught in German B2-level. List of courses offered in winter or summer semester have a look here. Courses taught in English B2-level. We have a limited amount of courses offered in English, mainly in our International Social Work program. Courses offered in English German Language courses We recommend students to participate in German language courses.

Accommodation Student Housing The EH Ludwigsburg can nominate students for student housing. If you would like to be nominated, let us know at least four months before your arrival. There are two options: 1. Karlshöhe Ludwigsburg: There are shared flats for students which are located close to the campus as well as inclusive shared flats with either elders or people with impairments. Have a look at some of the flats here. 2. Student Association : They also offer several dormitories and student hostels in Stuttgart. You can look at some of them here. Private Housing The International Office cannot assist in finding private accaccommodation.

Frequently asked Questions Health Insurance Incoming students are asked to send a copy of their EHIC (European Health Insurance Card) to the International Office (mail: io@eh- ludwigsburg.de ) Banking Students should open a bank account because in Germany rent is paid through a bank account. The account is usually free of charge for students. Student Union Fee Approx. 100 Euros per semester. Living Expenses in total Approx. 700-800 Euros per month.
