A surcharge of $50.00 to $100.00 is applicable for delivery to venue without lift landing.

Terms and Actual delivery timing may vary +/- 30 mins from the stipulated delivery time Conditions: due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather and traﬃc condition.

Based on SFA regulation, food with warmers and setup is best consumed within 3 hours. Food without warmers is best consumed within 1 hour.

Please order 5 working days in advance before event date (not including day of order, weekends and public holidays).

Our last collection timing is at 10.30pm. For collection after 10.30pm or on the following day, a surcharge will be applicable.

Collection of buﬀet will be 3 hours from time of delivery.

Cancellation Policy: Notice period of minimum 2 working days before event date is required for cancellation of order. There will be a cancellation fee of 50% of the total bill if order cancellation is made 1 working day prior to event date. No refund will be given if order cancellation is made on event date.

Changes to Orders: Minimum of 3 working days notice is required for any amendments to the order.
