Service Charges With effect from Autumn Term 2018 the following charges apply: Zone 1 £6.00 per day return £3.80 single Occasional ticket £5.70 per single journey

Zone 2 £7.00 per day return £4.40 single Occasional ticket £6.60 per single journey

Zone 3 £7.60 per day return £4.70 single Occasional ticket £7.40 per single journey

To book onto the RGS Coach Service, please email Claire Bishop: [email protected] Students must ensure that they have a valid ticket on them to present to the driver. Occasional tickets are available from the Porters’ Desk. The tickets will be collected by the driver at the start of the journey. Please note: If you no longer wish to use the coach service we require a half-term’s notice, in writing to the Bursar, failing which it will be necessary to charge the fare for the half of a term.

Late Coach Information The late coaches enable those staying for extra curricular activities a convenient and safe passage home. Late coaches are free for those students holding a termly ticket and are priced at the occasional ticket rate for coach routes 1, 2 and 3. The late coaches towards G Live and are only available to holders of coach season tickets. The late coach service runs Monday to Thursday inclusive. Students are required to sign up for the service by 2pm on the day/s they wish to use the late bus by notifying the Porters. (The Porters’ Desk is situated inside the Main Entrance). We run five late coaches that travel North, North-West, South, East and West. The East and West routes are currently operated by Priory-Cars. Students using the late coach from Hartswood at 5:30pm will be bought back to the main school with the option of either staying on that coach or transferring to an alternative late coach service at 5:45pm.

This is a new coach service to take students arriving by train into Reigate train station to Reigate Grammar School in the mornings. It will help students who carry bags and instruments and get students to school in time for AM registration. This will run as a complimentary service on a trial basis from September 2018. Once demand has been established, there may be a charge attributed to the route in due course. Trains running direct into Reigate include Guildford, Dorking, East , Purley Coulsdon South and Merstham. Almost all trains arrive into Reigate at just before 08:30.
