Bus routes 100, 400, 420, 430, 435 and 460 all call at the hospital (passenger lift at Redhill available).

Earlswood station is a 20 minute walk from the hospital.

You can plan your rail journey at www.nationalrail.co.uk or by calling 08457 484 950. Rail services are also included in the Transport Direct journey planner. Earlswood is the closest station to East Surrey Hospital, but has no direct connection by bus.

Hospital transport Hospital transport provides a way to and from hospital for those patients whose condition prevents them from using other forms of transport. In certain cases this may include a companion, e.g. a parent or carer.

Author: Communications team Last updated: March 2019 Getting-here-ESH-March2019 v1 Seven day pass pack Visitors that either wish to spend an extended period of time with a patient, or have repeated visits to a patient, can purchase a seven day pass pack. The pack costs £20 and contains seven tickets, as well as instructions for using the tickets. The pack allows the visitor to visit the hospital on seven occasions for as long as required within a day for a capped price of less than £3 a day – this is a potential saving of £64. If you would like to purchase a seven day pass pack, please visit the cashiers office (east entrance) or Three Arches Restaurant (first floor).

Disabled parking bays in the car parks closest to the hospital entrances are reserved for vehicles displaying a valid blue badge. Normal charges apply.
