He scored nine points for FDU at Xavier, including two quick three-pointers early in the game. This lights-out shoot- ing in the opening minutes sparked the Knights’ early momentum.

Cordero-Collado is a senior walkon for the Knights this season. The Italian attended high school in New Jersey before coming to FDU. He is the founder and president of the club rugby team on campus.

Pearson made his collegiate debut on November 9 at Xavier. He played 34 minutes and scored 10 points, including two three-pointers. The local rooke averaged 21 points and eight rebounds for Woodbridge High School last year.
