Hill View, Middlewood, North Hill, Launceston, PL15 7NN

From Exeter come off the M5 onto the A30 for Okehampton, Launceston, Bodmin.

When you reach the signs for Launceston and Callington stay on the A30 for approx 4 miles. (You will pass a turn off for North Cornwall (Camelford/Wadebridge) and then go down quite a steep hill. Carry on up the other side and look out for a services sign (smaller white sign).

Turn left just before the Esso garage and Subway onto the B3257 (Callington). Stay on this road until you reach the cross roads of Congdon's Shop.

At Congdon's Shop turn right onto the B3254 for Liskeard. Stay on this road for approx 3 miles. You will come to a hill down after about 2.5 miles. At the bottom of the hill cross the bridge and you will pass Berrio Bridge B&B. Stay on this road and after about 200m you will enter the hamlet of Middlewood.

Once in Middlewood you will see a layby on the left with a small post box on a pole about 100m ahead of you. 30m after the post box and at the end of a white sided house is a sharp and steep turn down to the left. Turn into this track and follow it round to the right almost immediately. Our parking is on the right side of the track before the 5 bar gate and the field.

By the garage with green doors there is a black wrought iron foot gate and some steps up to our house.
