2. Election of Chair (and Vice-Chair)
The Panel will be requested to elect a Chair for the Annual General Meeting and the ensuing year; 2021/22. It may also elect a Vice-Chair if it wishes.
(The Community Link Officer will call for nominations).
3. Terms of Reference
To agree Terms of Reference, (previously circulated).
4. Schedule of Meetings
The Panel will be asked to agree a schedule of meetings for 2021/22. A draft schedule has been circulated with the agenda.

6. Notes of last Panel meeting (23 February 2021)
To agree the notes as a correct record (copy circulated with the agenda).
7. Cornwall Councillor Update An opportunity for Cornwall Councillors to update the panel regarding issues relevant to the whole (or a significant part) of the CNA e.g. to highlight issues raised in full Council, Overview and Scrutiny, etc.
Anyone wishing to raise items are encouraged to advise the CLO in advance of the meeting.
8. Town & Parish Council Update An opportunity for Town and Parish Council representatives, to raise issues of wider relevance to the CNA.

9. Panel Priorities – General Discussion
Panel members are asked to consider agreeing a set of Panel Priorities which will help to inform and shape future panel meetings.
Panel members are encouraged to submit 1 priority that they wish the Camelford CNP to work towards – please submit to the CLO by 24 June 2021.
