The Essex County Council (City of Chelmsford) (Waiting, Loading and Parking Consolidation) (Variation No.48) Order 201*

Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

The effect of this Order: To replace the existing ‘No waiting, Monday to Saturday, 8am to 6pm’ restrictions with ‘No Waiting At Any Time’ restrictions on Wharf Road in the City of Chelmsford BOTH SIDES: From a point approximately 40 metres south of the southern property wall of 5 – 12 Springfield Basin, in a generally south then south-easterly direction for approximately 158 metres.

Schedule A of The Borough Council of Chelmsford (Waiting, Loading and Parking Consolidation) Order 2009 will be amended as detailed above.
