The Council ( Borough) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Amendment No.33) Order 201*

Notice is hereby given that the Essex proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To revoke the existing ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions and replace with ‘No Stopping at Any Time except buses’ Restrictions on the following length of Furtherwick Road, in the Borough of Castle Point as specified: Road Description Furtherwick EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 1.6 metres north of the boundary Road, Canvey between No. 129 and 131 Furtherwick Road, north for a distance of Island approximately 15 metres.

The (Castle Point Borough) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 will be varied by substituting tile number TQ795 832 revision 3 to revision 4.

Further details: A copy of the proposed Order, plans showing the proposal, a Statement of Reasons, a copy of this notice and a copy of the Order to be varied may be inspected during normal office hours at Network Management, Seax House, 2nd Floor, Victoria Road South, ; Castle Point Borough Council, Kiln Road, , and Canvey Island Library, High Street, Canvey Island. Objections: Anyone who wishes to object to the proposed Order should send the grounds for their objection in writing to ‘TRO Comments, Network Management, Seax House, 2nd Floor, Victoria Road South, Chelmsford, Essex, CM1 1QH’ or e-mail to [email protected] quoting reference TRAF/5681, by 24 June 2016.
