The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Amendment No.33) Order 201*

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: To revoke the existing ‘No Waiting at Any Time’ restrictions and replace with ‘No Stopping at Any Time except buses’ Restrictions on the following length of Furtherwick Road, Canvey Island in the Borough of Castle Point as specified: Road Description Furtherwick EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 1.6 metres north of the boundary Road, Canvey between No. 129 and 131 Furtherwick Road, north for a distance of Island approximately 15 metres.

The Essex County Council (Castle Point Borough) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Consolidation) Order 2008 will be varied by substituting tile number TQ795 832 revision 3 to revision 4.
