The Council (Various Roads, Borough of ) (Parking and Waiting) Amendment No. 71 Order 201*

Notice is hereby given that the Essex proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Part III & IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

Effect of the order: 1. To introduce ‘Permit M Holders only at Any Time’ on the following lengths of roads in the as specified: Road Description Helmores, NORTH SIDE: At the west most corner of the parking layby fronting No 9 Helmores, 5 metres x 2 .5 metres. Map Tile: TQ665 885 Revision No. 5 to be replaced with Revision No. 6 Ballards Walk, WEST SIDE: From a point approximately 1.7 metres north of the southern Basildon boundary of No. 159 Ballards Walk in a generally northerly direction, for a distance of 2.5 metres. Map Tile: TQ690 890 Revision No. 3 to be replaced with Revision No. 4 Blackmores, NORTH EAST SIDE: At the north most corner of the parking layby fronting Laindon Nos. 44 - 46 Blackmores, 5 metres x 2.5 metres. To introduce ‘Disabled Badge Holders Only’ restrictions on the following lengths of roads in the Borough of Basildon as specified: Road Description Cattawade NORTH SIDE: In parking area, directly south of No 18, commencing 7.2 End, Basildon metres from the west kerbline, at 90% to the north kerbline. To revoke ‘Permit A Holders Only Mon-Sat 9AM-5PM’ restriction on the following lengths of Witchards, Borough of Basildon as specified: Road Description Witchards, NORTH SIDE: From a point 1 metre west of the eastern building line of no's Basildon 85, 87, 89 & 93 Witchards, eastwards for 6 metres. 7. To revoke ‘Permit K Holders Only Mon-Sat 9AM-5PM’ restriction on the following lengths of Markhams Chase in the Borough of Basildon as specified: Road Description Markhams WEST SIDE: From the boundary of No. 22/24 in a southerly direction for 5 Chase, Basildon metres. To revoke ‘No Waiting Mon-Fri 10AM-11AM’ restriction on the following length of Edward Gardens, Wickford in the Borough of Basildon as specified: Road Description Edward SOUTH SIDE: From a point approximately 1 metre east of the property Gardens, boundary of No’s 43 I 45 in an easterly direction for 5 metres Wickford Map Tile: TQ745 937 Revision No. 4 to be replaced with Revision No. 5
