The Essex County Council (City of Chelmsford) (Waiting, Loading and Parking Consolidation) (Variation No.41) Order 201*
Notice is hereby given that Essex County Council proposes to make the above Order under Sections 1(1), 2(1) to (3), 3(2), 4(1), 4(2), 32(1), 35(1), 45, 46, 49, 53 and Parts III and IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of this Order: To introduce the following waiting restrictions in the following lengths of road, Springfield in the City of Chelmsford LOCATION RESTRICTION EXTENT Access Road leading No Waiting At Any BOTH SIDES: From its junction with B1137 Colchester to Hedgerows Time Road/Springfield Lyons Approach roundabout, in a Business Park, generally north westerly direction for a distance of Springfield approximately 18 metres. B1137 Colchester No Waiting At Any NORTH WEST SIDE: From its junction with B1137 Road, Springfield Time Springfield Road/A138 Eastern Approach/ Cuton Hall Lane roundabout, in a generally north-easterly direction, for its entire length to its junction with A130 White Hart Lane/ A130 Colchester Road roundabout. SOUTH EAST SIDE: i. From its junction with B1137 Springfield Road/A138 Eastern Approach/ Cuton Hall Lane roundabout, in a generally north-easterly direction, for approximately 381 metres. ii. From its junction with A130 White Hart Lane/A130 Colchester Road roundabout, in a generally south- westerly direction, for approximately 89 metres. B1137 Colchester No Waiting Mon- SOUTH EAST SIDE: From a point approximately 89 metres Road, Springfield Sat 8am-6pm from its junction with A130 White Hart Lane/A130 Colchester Road roundabout in a generally south-westerly direction, for approximately 62 metres.
Schedule A of The Borough Council of Chelmsford (Waiting, Loading and Parking Consolidation) Order 2009 will be amended to include the above waiting restrictions.
