Maple Syrup

Spicy, adaptogenic maple syrup.* This can be used as is on pancakes and granola, or in any recipes for an added herbal kick.

INGREDIENTS

• 1 ½ cups pure maple syrup • 6 Traditional Medicinals Tulsi with Ginger bags

· Pour the maple syrup into a small saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer on the stove top. · Cut open the tea bags and pour the tea contents into the maple syrup. Keep at a gentle simmer for about 20 minutes, ensuring that the herbs infuse into the syrup. · When done, remove from heat, and pour through a fine mesh strainer. Discard the solids, and bottle the maple syrup in an airtight container. · This will keep in the fridge for 4-5 months.
