Global Sales & Business Development and Project Finance to secure Financial Close of some Major Projects around the world, including a $188m US Exim Bank financed Bulk Water Supply Project in Dominican Republic, a $450m 400MW IPP Power Project in Colombia; and establishment of a Private Water Concession company in Brazil with Anglian Water & Global Environment Fund (Washington). Building Key Client Relationship to help secure the Management contracts for $5bn of Projects including Euro Disney in Paris (Disney) and Canary Wharf Development in London.(Reichmann’s).

PLC Corporate Development heading up several Company Acquisition teams in UK and Europe, which ended in successful closure of numerous M&A transactions, and integrations, including a $500m Asset Swap of Wimpey Construction & Minerals for Tarmac Homes, and securing a $200m Dowry for Tarmac from the British Government for the Privatization of the Property Services Agency. Other successes included the sale of shares in Costain (West Africa Plc), and several small acquisitions by Tarmac, including Crown House Engineering Limited (US$50m), Expanded Piling Ltd, Stangers Ltd, Revillion SA (France), and Nicolette SA (France). Finally I undertook a full financial review of Pell Frischmann Group and its subsidiaries, advised the Chairman accordingly, and identified potential acquirers, which eventually culminated in the successful sale of its major subsidiary in 2015.

New Thinking & Strategies led to helping pioneer BOOT, DBFO, PFI and PPP forms of Project Procurement and Financing and Public Private Partnerships in various roles, and on numerous Major PPP Projects in the UK and internationally with IPCO, Tarmac, George Wimpey, Biwater, and UKTI.

Corporate Governance Compliance in overseas operations, using my international experience of dealing with intermediaries to ensure implementation of due process in business development matters and agreements, preventing fraud and ensuring compliance with UK Bribery & Corruption Act.
