Japan Rail Passes – Reminders • Bookings o The full name of the traveller must be included on Japan Rail Pass bookings. o Booking made with just the first initial and last name will not be accepted. • Issuing o There are 4 different coupons issued from Euronet for the Japan Rail Pass bookings. Check the Japanese characters right after the Exchange Coupon for differences. o The first coupon is for Japan Rail and Exchange at the train station. o The second is for the client. o The third is for RE4A; GSA must send this coupon with the monthly account report (MTR). o The fourth is for the GSA.
