Scientific collaboration between and at the first stage of allied relations: the restoration of a single research area The article characterizes the current collaboration between the scientists from the academic institu- tions of Russia and Belarus. It shows the stages of this cooperation within the Union State and points out the main directions of the development of its common research space.
