Hello Glyn Here are some news about La Source Network. Thank you again for your prayers, your support and your patience. We have no secretaries here so I have got to do lots of things.

La Source in Lisieux

The church is going well. Some people have moved, but some others have joined us. Two men were baptized last September. We plan our Christmas service and a carols by candlelight on Sunday the 18th. We have raised some money for a prayer room. Someone came to do the practical work and it will be finished soon. Anybody will be able to come to pray any time. Projects for next year  2 teams from Oxford and the Bible institute from Nogent (Paris) for evangelism projects  1 team from the States to help with practical work.  Our involvement on a national project in Le Havre in July with Nick Vujicic (3000 young people expected) Bouge Ta France www.bougetafrance.fr Prayer: for a new congregational pastor to take over from me so I can be more involved in the running of the network, especially Rouen and Honfleur. Pray for someone with his own mission support as we can’t pay a pastor.

Coffee shop

More people come to the coffee shop. We have about 8 to 10 volunteers each week. We run some computers lessons, English courses. Recently, we started a craft workshop. The goal is to mix Christians and non Christians together to build friendships. Prayer for opportunities to share the gospel

Church plant Le Neubourg

GOOD NEWS. We have just signed for a place to rent at a good price. This group (made up essentially of foster families )has got new people. The leaders are perseverant even in a difficult context. Prayer : for perseverance in this semi rural community

Church plant in Honfleur

We had a building in mind and we were close to sign a contact when a last minute event happened and it was not possible anymore. Recently the group has welcomed 4 new people on regular basis. A Christmas party last weekend went really well, we had about 65 people. The group is still very motivated even if we still meet in houses. Prayer : for a building as we have got more people.

Church plant in Caen

Sena and Jane are planning to move out to Caen next July. The team is ready (6 people) and they have done some evangelism. They already have a few contacts. This is a big challenge. Prayer : some new converts in Caen who can join this new church

Church in Rouen This church I have now taken on has got 23 members. My first role was to reorganise the church. , Now I am training an alpha team. I hope to run an alpha course in January. Prayer : for the first alpha course they have ever done.

We are so grateful for this M4 process. m4europe.com Every six months, 24 leaders from the network La Source meet with other church plant leaders from Brittany. This allows us to spend time with the teams, to coach the church plant leaders and is a great support for the groups.
