The Outbuildings

Attached to the side of the house is a stone outbuilding. This has been divided into two; Workshop 4.3m x 3.35m (14' x 11') Garage also 4.3m x 3.35m (14' x 11') The dividing wall is of timber construction and could thus be removed to open the building up. Directions

From Carmarthen, take the A484 towards and Cardigan. After a mile or so, you will come to the village of Arms. Fork right here, signed for Llanpumsaint (B4301). Follow this road for about a mile and then take a left hand fork signed for Llanpumsaint (there is a long house on the left hand side on the fork). Follow this road for approx. 1.5 miles and the property will be on your right, set slightly below road level. The driveway to it will be facing you and the name of the property is clearly shown at the end of the drive.
