COMMUNITY COUNCIL MEETING HELD AT LLANDDOGED A MAENAN LLANDDOGED SCHOOL, MONDAY 25th April 2016.

CONFIRMATION OF MINUTES The council confirmed by show of hands and signed the minutes of the Council held on the 14th March, 2016.

BEST WISHES The Chairman wish to send best wishes to Cllr. Hefin Martin who is currently receiving treatment at the hospital and also welcomed Cllr.Alun Morris back after his recent accident.

MATTERS ARISING 1) MAES PARCIO CEGIN WEN The Council for arranging been slated point load to the car park. Let repair the dyke until summer.

2) CADAIR IFAN GOCH CAR PARK The clerk confirmed that the wall has been repaired at Cadair Ifan Goch car park by Mr Elwyn Williams, Tyn Gwern Uchaf, Llanddoged.

PLANNING APPLICATION • Application No. 0/42604 - Single storey extension to dwelling to provide hallway, utility room, toilet facility and entry-level garden room - Tyn y Berth, Fron Francis Road, Llanddoged. The Council passed by show of hands that there is no objection to the above planning application.

• Application No. 0/42693 - Extension to rear elevation Ffermdy Maes yr Hendre, Maenan. Conversion of agricultural buildings into holiday accommodation including agricultural extension connected between 2 buildings and modern steel frame (Listed Building) at Maes yr Hendre, Maenan.

The Council passed by show of hands that there is no objection to the above planning application.

INSURANCE COUNCIL Received correspondence from AON Insurance Lt d need to renew the insurance policy council. The clerk will send a check for £ 337.00 pounds.
