2020... Harvest notes 2020 was a challenging year for all of us. We - Harvest Notes made the difficult decision not to harvest birch in March as the coronavirus descended on the world and changed all our lives. We made the - Organic best of it and focused on our own gift shop and Certification website with good results. Alaskans, and the visitors that came, were very supportive. Our 2019 harvest lasted through the year, but - Product Notes we are now out of stock until spring harvest 2021. We are hoping for a normal harvest and expect to have syrup bottled and available by May 1st. There - Best Sellers is a small amount of birch syrup available for now. Please let us know when you place your order if we can wait to ship altogether - Discountinued or if you would prefer that we ship the bulk of your order and backorder the syrup to ship when ready.
