FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT REQUEST – BOMBING

Request:

Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 I request the data detailing the following information relating to the Grand Hotel “Brighton Bomb” on 12.10.1984. (Electronic format preferred)

1. a) The number of fire stations in East at the time of this incident. b) The address of each of the above fire stations 2. a) The number of staff employed at each station (marked as Full Time Equivalent and/or headcount) at the time of this incident. b) Whether each station was staffed as Whole time or Retained (Part-time) etc.at the time of this incident. 3. a) The number of fire appliances at each of the stations at the time of this incident b) The identifying call sign of each appliance (e.g. Soho - A241) at the time of this incident 4. a) list of the appliances which attended this incident b) The response time for each appliance that attended this incident.

I’d be happy to receive the above information in a table format for easy reading.

5. As this is an incident of special interest I am led to believe there may be a (archived?) report on the incident which will point to some or all of the information. If such a report exists I request a copy.
