Château Du Breuil Produced from 5 varieties of apples in the Pays D’Auge region of Normandy. Calvados with the AOC Pays D’Auge must be made using cider apples produced in the Pays D’Auge area, in conjunction with a double distillation still. This creates a much finer Calvados, due to the quality of apples enriched by the soil of the area and the elimination of the roughest parts of the alcohol during the distillations.
