Accommodation and registration Each participant is responsible for paying for their own transportation and hotel room. A number of rooms have been reserved at Hotel Bristol at the price of NOK 1395 per night for single room incl. breakfast. Rooms are available for booking at this rate within Friday 24 July.

OSL How to get there From Oslo Airport Gardermoen (OSL) the fastest way to Oslo get to Oslo is by the Airport Express Train (NOK 170), which departs every 10 minutes and takes 19 minutes to Oslo Central Station (Oslo S). Walking distance to Hotel Bristol is 10-15 minutes. Every second train continues to Nationaltheatret Station which is 5-10 minutes walk RYG from Hotel Bristol. TRF
It is also possible to take local or intercity trains from Oslo Airport Gardermoen to Oslo S or Nationaltheatret station (NOK 90). Travel time to Oslo S is 23 minutes. Check time schedules at nsb.no.
By bus, the Airport Express Coach (NOK 150) departs every 20 minutes; travel time is 54 minutes to Professor Aschehougs Plass which is next to Hotel Bristol.
NB! Note that low-cost airlines often arrive at Sandefjord Airport Torp (TRF) or Moss Airport Rygge (RYG). Both airports are further away than Oslo Airport Gardermoen, but are often referred to as ‘Oslo’ by the airlines. Travel time by train from Sandefjord Airport Torp is 1:39 (NOK 245), from Moss Airport Rygge 0:53 (NOK 151).
Transportation by minibus will be arranged on request from Oslo Gardermoen Airport only. Travel time is approximately 1 hour depending on traffic.
