E-mail: [email protected] The Oslo Rift is the northernmost part of the Rotliegen- des basin system in Europe. The rift was formed by lithospheric stretching north of the Tornquist fault sys- tem and is related tectonically and in time to the last phase of the Variscan orogeny. The main graben form- ing period in the Oslo Region began in Late Carbonif- erous, culminating some 20–30 Ma later with extensive volcanism and rifting, and later with uplift and emplacement of major batholiths. It ended with a final termination of intrusions in the Early Triassic, some 65 Ma after the tectonic and magmatic onset. We divide the geological development of the rift into six stages. Sediments, even with marine incursions occur exclusively during the forerunner to rifting. The mag- matic products in the Oslo Rift vary in composition and are unevenly distributed through the six stages along the length of the structure. Introduction The Oslo Palaeorift (Figure 1) contributed to the onset of a pro- longed period of extensional faulting and volcanism in NW Europe, which lasted throughout the Late Palaeozoic and the Mesozoic eras. Widespread rifting and magmatism developed north of the foreland of the Variscan Orogen during the latest Carboniferous and contin- ued in some of the areas, like the Oslo Rift, all through the Permian period.

    Omverdensanalyse for NAV Vestfold og Telemark November 2020 1 SAMMENDRAG AV OMVERDENSANALYSEN (Omskrevet til Vestfold og Telemark fra den sentrale omverdensanalysen) Omverdensanalysen er inndelt i seks samfunnsområder: Demografi, brukerforventninger, teknologi, arbeidsmarked, helse og levekår og politiske trender. Den største endringen fra tidligere «spådommer» gjelder at det trolig blir svakere befolkningsvekst enn tidligere antatt. Dette gjør at de direkte konsekvenser for NAV også blir mer beskjedne. Koronautbruddet ventes å framskynde mange av de store omstillingene fylket, og landet, står overfor i arbeidslivet. • Svakere befolkningsvekst, sterkere aldring: Befolkningsveksten ventes å bli vesentlig lavere enn tidligere, men vi forventer fortsatt vekst i fylket og med forholdsvis store ulikheter mellom kommunene. De direkte konsekvensene for NAV blir beskjedne for de fleste NAV-ansatte jobber med ytelser/tjenester rettet mot personer i yrkesaktiv alder. Veksten i alderspensjonister vil bli håndterbar. • Økte forventninger til koordinerte tjenester og tilpasset service: Brukernes forventninger vil øke, særlig til tjenester personlig tilpasset den enkeltes behov og livssituasjon på tvers av NAV og offentlig sektor. Det ble observert 64,4 millimeter på 60 minutter på Gjekstad i Sandefjord kommune, og på 15 minutter kom det 33,4 millimeter på Nøtterøy-Vestskogen. Det kraftige uværet førte blant annet til oversvømmelser, jordras, leteaksjoner og køkaos, hovedsakelig i nærheten av Sandefjord, Tønsberg og Færder kommune. Dagen før hendelsen ble det utstedt et farevarsel på gult nivå med høy sannsynlighet for Agder, Vestfold og Telemark, Viken og Oslo. Farevarselet ble oppdatert og oppgradert til oransje nivå for Vestfold etter at observasjoner oversteg kriteriene for området. Beskrivelse av værsituasjonen En analyse av værsituasjonen fredag 21. august 2020(figur 1) viser at sørlige deler av Skandinavia blir liggende i varm og fuktig luft mellom lavtrykk ved De britiske øyer og høytrykk over vestlige deler av Russland. I termalsonen som skiller den varme lufta i øst, og den kjøligere lufta i vest kommer en varmfront inn over Sør- og Østlandet fredag morgen og formiddag, tett etterfulgt av kaldfronten fredag ettermiddag.

Polylithionite from Vøra has a chemical composition close to the ideal end-member formula KLi,AIS40,0F,. It has the l M polytype structure with a= 5.196(4), b= 8.960(4), c= 10.051(4) Å, f3 = 100.29(5)0• The measured density is 2.82(1) gjcm3, the calculated density 2.84 gjem•. Optical measurements gave f3 = 1.556(1) , 'Y= 1.559(1) , 2Va = 43(3)0 on one sample and ,B = 1.551(1), 'Y= 1.555(1) on another. DTA/TGA curves and infrared spectrum are given. The mineral paragenesis of the V øra syenite pegmatite is reported, and data are given that indicate enrichment of Li in the dark mineral constituents. The Gladstone-Dale relationship applied to micas is shown to give better agreement between calculated and measured mean refractive index using k-values from Larsen & Berman (1934) than using the values of Mandarin o (1976) . MENON ECONOMICS 2 8 . 0 9 . 2 0 2 0 2 RINGVIRKNINGSEFFEKTER AV SJØMATNÆRINGEN I VESTFOLD OG TELEMARK • I denne analysen har vi utregnet det regionale Sjømatnæringen i Vestfold og Telemark økonomiske fotavtrykket av aktiviteten i sjømatnæringen i Vestfold og Telemark • Vestfold og Telemark har 700 sysselsatte i fiskeri, Sysselsettingseffekter: oppdrett, fiskeindustri og spesialiserte 3000 sysselsatte leverandører. I tillegg kommer 2300 indirekte sysselsatte som følge av vare- og tjenestekjøp fra øvrige næringer. • Direkte og indirekte verdiskaping fra Verdiskapingseffekter: sjømatnæringen i Vestfold og Telemark var i 2019 3,2 milliarder kroner på 3,2 milliarder kroner. • Denne aktiviteten understøtter skattebetalinger. Sjømatnæringen og de tilgrensende næringer i fylket betaler 0,8 milliarder kroner i skatt. Skatteeffekter: • De største direkte og indirekte sysselsettings- og 0,8 milliarder kroner verdiskapingseffekter i er i Sandefjord, Tønsberg, Porsgrunn og Larvik. SJØMATNÆRINGEN I VESTFOLD OG TELEMARK Direkte og indirekte sysselsatte. • Telemark og Vestfold har en sjømatrelatert aktivitet med hovedvekt på fiskeindustri og leverandørvirksomhet. • Omsetningen i den sjømatrelaterte aktiviteten i Telemark og Vestfold har hatt jevn og god vekst de siste årene.
