Top Barn was converted for our clients approximately 27 years ago and is located immediately adjacent to the original farmhouse which is now in separate ownership. Approached off a farm track, Top Barn is discreetly situated within an attractive enclave of original buildings and benefits from parking for 3-4 cars adjacent to the shed/storage and in addition, separately accessed, there is an integral garage.

A pedestrian gate opens into a delightful enclosed south facing lawned garden with a slightly raised paved sitting out terrace from which access is given to the house. Mellow stone elevations feature double glazed windows and doors under a pitched slate tiled roof with an impressive brick chimney serving the fireplace in the sitting room which was an extension to the original but has beautifully blended in over time.

A stable type double glazed door opens from the sitting out terrace to a large fitted kitchen/breakfast room from which a wide opening gives access past the entrance hall (with separate wc off) to the large sitting room. There are three bedrooms and a bathroom off a long hallway.

Not to scale – for identification purposes only. 4 Ref: LCAA8060 LOCATION
