• Inle Lake zone fee Additional Charges - Transportation: If you choose to fly instead of travel by night bus from Yangon to Mandalay, from Bagan to Inle and from Inle to Yangon, the additional charge is of 300€. N.B. Transportation from Mandalay to Bagan can be by bus (about 4 and a half hours) or by boat, depending on the weather. It’s a really nice trip, but if you’d rather fly there is a further additional charge of 100€. Additional Charges - In the hostel: Double room for all nights: 150€/person

TRAVELER’S RESPONSIBILITIES The traveler is responsible for knowing, respecting and following the local uses, customs and laws

OSTELLO BELLO’S RESPONSIBILITIES This is not an organized tour. Ostello Bello cannot be held responsible for any injury, damage or loss that the traveler may incur in in relation to their participation to the trip. The nature of the relationship established during the trip between Ostello Bello’s staff and the Myanmar Pass holders is of voluntary companionship for the spirit of travel and not professional.

BOOKING Bookings are open until passes are still available and in any case before 01/07/2019 for the first round departing on the 25/07/2019 and before 12/07/2019 for the second round departing on the 08/08/2019

DEPOSIT In order for a booking to be confirmed, a non refundable deposit of 350€ must be payed.

PAYMENT Travelers must complete their payment, including any extras, before the booking window closes. If this were not to happen the booking will be canceled and the deposit withheld.

TRAVELER’S INFORMATION Before bookings close, in order to complete their booking, travelers must provide the following information: • Full name as written on passport • Birth date • Nationality • Passport number • Passport emission and expiry dates

CANCELLATION If the traveler chooses to cancel before the bookings close the deposit will be withheld. If the traveler chooses to cancel after the bookings close 100% of the value of the booking will be withheld. In case of events such as natural disasters, terrorism, or any other event that may jeopardize travelers’ safety and the traveler chooses to cancel, the pass will be refunded with exception of the unrecoverable costs.

AGE AND HEALTH RESTRICTIONS Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied. Travelers are responsible for their own health throughout the trip.

FLEXIBILITY AND RISK Travelers are aware of the level of flexibility required by the nature of a trip like this and allow for alternatives to the scheduled program in light of events or circumstances in loco, including the weather conditions.

PRIVACY Personal information that is collected will be used solely for operations tied to the booking of the Myanmar Pass’s components, for communicating information regarding the trip and for marketing purposes. We will otherwise treat the information as per our Privacy Policy.
