ITINERARY Day 1: Singapore - Yangon by morning flight – Full Day Yangon Sightseeing (L/D) Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by your guide to start your introductory tour through Yangon City. Start to visit around Yangon City Center surrounded by various colonial style buildings of World War II, City Hall & Independent Monument for photo shoots & witness the daily life of local people. Lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, visit to Kandawgyi Nature Park - a scenic park with a lovely view of famous Kandaweyi Lake & Karaweik Royal Barge for photo opportunities. Early evening visit Shwedagon Pagoda - the most sacrosanct Buddhist pagoda in Myanmar. As per legend, it was developed over 2600 years back which make it the most established Buddhist Pagoda on the planet and revamped a few times before taking its present shape in the fifteenth century. Mandalay is a city and previous regal capital in northern Myanmar (once in the past Burma) on the Irrawaddy River. Visit U Min Thoneze - thirty caves pagoda has many Buddha images in a crescent shaped colonnade., Sun Oo Pon Nya Shin Pagoda was constructed in 1312 - the view of Sagaing from there is marvelous. Distance and journey time: Mandalay to Sagaing (22.8 km): 45 – 60 min + Traffic Day 5: Mandalay – Heho – Pindaya – Inle Lake (B/L/D) After breakfast in hotel, leave Mandalay for Heho by domestic flight. On arrival Heho, continue by road trip to Pindaya. Dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight at hotel in Nyaung Shwe or Inle Lake. Day 7: Inle Lake – Heho - Yangon (B/L/D) After breakfast at hotel, transfer to Heho airport for flight to Yangon. On the way to your hotel, stop at Loka Chantha Abhayalabhamuni Buddha Image which is being carved from over 600 tons white marble rock of 37 feet long. Lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, visit to Bogyoke Market - formerly known as Scott Market, the largest market in Yangon with time to browse among the hundreds of stalls for souvenir bargains. (Note: Market is closed on Mondays and on public holidays) Evening take a walk to Chinatown where can see the many vendors on the platform & can buy the variety of Myanmar products & tropical fruits.
