17.2. Appeal Process During the election dispute, the tribunal decides on anynecessary probational measures. If the de- cision of the tribunal is not accepted by either the defender or complainant, the decision can be ap- pealed within 15 days. The appellant has to pay a deposit of 500,000 (five hundred thousand) kyats to cover appeal costs. The full tribunal (1 Chair- man and 14 Commission Members from the UEC) is initiated.
