Once your browser is open, click the gear at the top right to open the settings menu. Then, select Safety and Delete Browsing History... Or, optionally you may simply press Ctrl+Shift+Delete to open the Delete Browsing History window.

Click the Firefox menu in the top left corner. Next, select the right arrow next to History >, and click Clear Recent History (or click on Tools then Clear Recent History if you don't have the Firefox Menu) Or, you can press Ctrl+Shift+Delete to open the recent history window.

Make sure 'Details' is expanded, and then select all options. In the Time Range to Clear: drop down, select Everything.

Once your browser is open, select the Wrench icon (the settings menu, located in the upper-right corner) then, Tools, and Clear Browsing Data.... You can also access the Delete Browsing History window by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Delete

How to clear java cache

To clear the Java Plug-in cache: 1. Click Start > . 2. Double-click the Java icon in the control panel. The Java Control Panel appears.

3. Click Settings under Temporary Internet Files. The Temporary Files Settings dialog box appears.

4. Click Delete Files. The Delete Temporary Files dialog box appears.

5. Click OK on Delete Temporary Files window. Note: This deletes all the Downloaded Applications and Applets from the cache. 6. Click OK on Temporary Files Settings window.

How to clear Silverlight Cache

• Select our site name and click on ‘Delete’ button provided over there.

How to Change to Google DNS

1. Go the Control Panel. 2. Click Network and Internet, then Network and Sharing Center, and click Change adapter settings. 3. Select the connection for which you want to configure Google Public DNS. For example: o To change the settings for an Ethernet connection, right-click Local Area Connection, and click Properties. o To change the settings for a wireless connection, right-click Wireless Network Connection, and click Properties. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation. 4. Select the Networking tab. Under This connection uses the following items, select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) then click Properties.

5. Select Use the following DNS server addresses. If there are any IP addresses listed in the Preferred DNS server or Alternate DNS server, write them down for future reference.

6. Replace those addresses with the IP addresses of the Google DNS servers: o For IPv4: 8.8.8.8 and/or 8.8.4.4.

7. Restart the connection you selected in step 3.
