OnBase 12 – Web Browser Compatibility OnBase Web Address Instance Test https://tstimgfe1.imaging.uni.edu/AppNet/Login.aspx Production https://prdimgfe1.imaging.uni.edu/AppNet/Login.aspx Browser Compatible Version Internet Explorer Internet Explorer 9 Firefox Firefox 10 ESR Safari & Chrome Not supported in OnBase 12 Firefox Firefox 3.6 is not supported with the OnBase 12 Web Client. As a result it will only allow a user to login with Firefox 10 ESR (or IE). Mozilla has announced that Firefox 3.6 will no longer be supported after April 2012. Because of this, the OnBase 12 HTML Web Client does not support Firefox 3.6. End users will need to upgrade to Firefox 10 ESR. Internet Explorer The OnBase 12 Web Server continues to support Internet Explorer 7, 8, and 9. Hyland Software recommends that Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 users use Internet Explorer 8 and that Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows Server 2008 users use Internet Explorer 9. This ensures the best possible user experience and performance with OnBase 11, 12 and greater. Note: IE9 is not available for Windows XP and Windows Server 2003. Safari and Chrome Both Safari and Chrome remain unsupported. Hyland Software is investigating avenues for working with the WebKit product community to resolve known compatibility issues with the HTML Web Client and OnBase functionality. v12.0.3.217 1.
