Thornwood Prom Suit/Tux Guidelines

● Males must wear formal attire ● Gang paraphernalia is strictly prohibited. ● Formal footwear ONLY. ● NO head scarves, baseball hats, or knitted hats are allowed. ● Undergarments may not show in any form.

Students in doubt of acceptable attire should e-mail a picture of the suit/tuxedo to [email protected].

This form must be returned to the Main Office by May 17 .

STUDENTS MAY NOT CHANGE FROM THE APPROVED ATTIRE. STUDENTS WEARING UNAPPROVED ATTIRE WILL NOT BE ADMITTED TO PROM. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THE STUDENT WEARS UNAPPROVED/INAPPROPRIATE ATTIRE.

Please be aware of the following: ● Dress code forms MUST be turned in prior to purchasing a ticket. ● Thornwood students and/or their guests who have attire that does not comply with the guidelines will NOT be allowed to attend prom. ● Individuals not admitted due to attire problems will NOT receive a refund. ● Individuals who alter their attire after being admitted to prom will be escorted from the event and will NOT receive a refund. ● Individuals who do not adhere to the attire guidelines will NOT be allowed to have professional pictures taken by the photographer. ● Thornwood staff members will be at the door to ensure the prom guidelines are followed.

I have read the above guidelines and understand them. I also understand I must follow the guidelines and, if my guest does not go to Thornwood, I will communicate these guidelines to my guest. There will be no refund if these guidelines are violated in any way.
