Matters arising from the last minutes 5. To provide an update on a Community Councillor vacancy. - Chairman’s Communications - Remembrance Sunday - To consider / review procedure for public attendance at virtual council meetings. - To receive a thank you from residents as per tree cutting in Rhewl. - Report of dead rabbits Maes Pennant referred to PCSO Matthew Griffiths who has contacted the Rural Crime Team. - To receive an update on a meeting with Mr Richard Roberts at Aura Play and Leisure Services regarding the future of Mostyn skateboard park. - To consider a further email / correspondence from a resident. - A reminder to all Councillors to respond to emails from the clerk and Chair when requested. - To receive feedback from the County Forum Meeting. 6. To discuss any Streetscene Matters – sandbags matter. 6a. To receive the winter maintenance letter from Mr Barry Wilkinson, Flintshire County Council. 7. To discuss any Police Matters – none received at the time of this agenda. 8. To consider a financial contribution toward the Community Sports Hub until Summer 2021. 9. To confirm defibrillator location in Rhewl and consider signage costs for Mostyn. To consider signage and associated costs for Rhewl once the location has been confirmed. 10. All members to review the Mostyn Community Survey and feedback by the January 2021 meeting. 11. To request Councillors and clerk distribute financial assistance applications. 11a. To receive a letter from RNLI, Flint requesting a donation.

12 d. Mostyn Community Council concerns raised with Flintshire County Council about large commercial vehicles using the Rose Cottage site, Rhewl and planner’s response.
12 e. Other - static caravan matters to be raised by Cllr. Roney.
13. To consider costs associated with community Christmas trees including Christmas lighting for the Mostyn and Rhewl area/s.
14. Approval of November 2020 accounts for payment
15. To receive items for the next meeting on 10 January 2021.
