TRE - SETTLEMENT SERVICE AUDIT Settlement Commentary Tre Mostyn is a small rural hamlet located to the West of Rhewl and Maes Pennant. The settlement contains no services and is served by a demand response public transport service which must be booked in advance. Access to and from Tre Mostyn is limited and local residents are completely reliant upon day to day and weekly services and facilities outside of Tre Mostyn in Maes Pennant and Holywell.

Broadband Provision According to the latest OFCOM data (2013) Rhewl Mostyn post codes (where data is available) have a median average broadband range of 3.6-7.8 mega-bytes per second. Accordingly it is to be expected that broadband provision in Tre Mostyn is poor. This level of broadband provision will adversely impact the ability of local residents and businesses alike whether in day to day business activities or for accessing online services such as banking, post office services or online shopping.
