(b) To receive correspondence from Flintshire County Council’s Head of Planning on planning applications on which the Council has previously submitted observations:

(i) 060678 – PROPOSAL: Proposed erection of wrap around extension with porch canopy at 33 Pen Y Bryn, Soughton, Mold, CH7 6EE. Approved. Delegated Officer decision - 16/12/19. (No objection by Northop C.C.)

(ii) 060690 – PROPOSAL: Single storey kitchen/diner; roof dormer and garage conversion at 16 Manor Park, Sychdyn, Mold, CH7 6EQ. Approved. Delegated Officer decision – 03/01/20. (No objection by Northop C.C.)

To receive any update on the above project.

10. REQUEST FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT

(a) To consider requests for financial support. Information will be provided at the meeting.

11. SUMMER PLAY SCHEMES 2020 **

To consider an email from Mrs. J. Roberts, Flintshire Play Development Officer, copy attached.

(a) To consider funding the minimum 3 weeks’ provision of Summer Playschemes in Sychdyn and Northop villages at a cost of approximately £1,428.90 per play scheme setting. Provision is likely to commence 22nd July 2020. Further information in regards to Welsh Government funding will follow.

12. PRESENTATION OF CITIZENS AWARD

To make the presentation of the Citizen’s Award for 2019/20

(a) The Council has been asked to publicise the upcoming Community Advice Drop-in Sessions to be held by Hannah Blythyn, the local Assembly Member. The sessions are as follows:

 Friday 14 February, 10-11am at Mold Library  Friday 20 March, 3-4pm at Mostyn Community Centre  Friday 15 May, 12-1pm at Edith Bankes Memorial Hall, Northop  Friday 19 June, 10-11am at Town Hall  Friday 17 July, 10-11am Community Centre
