Job • The Support Professional Learning EMEA Team Lead will serve as the key overview: contact for training and development in the EMEA region and is responsible for program management and promotion. This role will also be responsible for program facilitation in several key areas of the Support Professional training curriculum. • The Support Professional Learning EMEA Team Lead will assist with the evolution of the strategy for the core curriculum for all Support Professionals at Oliver Wyman. • In addition, this role will take on special projects within the Learning and Development team including supporting the development of strategic or specialized content outside of the core curriculum and evolving our delivery channels. • The role will report directly to the Global Head of Support Professional Learning

Key • Assist, in with key stakeholders (e.g., Head of Learning and Responsibilities: Development, Subject Matter Experts, Support Leadership Team, Support Professional Talent Management), the evolution of the Support Professional curriculum strategy, content and programs. • Establish and maintain a credible and trusting relationship with the Support Professional Curriculum trainers in the EMEA region to ensure that proper preparation and support is available for high quality programming in both live and virtual sessions. This is including, but not limited to, material preparation and trainer . • Manage attendance, logistics, and vendor relationships for global Support Professional Regional Manager programs in conjunction with the Support Professional Learning and Development Coordinator.

• Consult and collaborate with the Partner and Learning and Development team on program changes to ensure alignment with budgets, practicality of implementation and program effectiveness. • Utilize program feedback and attendance to present regular updates to Global Head of Support Professional Learning, Global Learning and Development Team, Support Professional Talent Managers, and Support Leadership Team • Deliver some training modules as required across the EMEA region. Mentor and coach others to effectively deliver training. • Engage and develop members of the OW Learning and Development team in project work and problem solving, coaching others to lead projects and solve problems while also being a strong role model in project management and problem solving.

Experience • Bachelor’s degree at a minimum with a strong academic track record in a required: related field, e.g. education, business administration or psychology • Three+ years of professional work experience in (preferably consulting) • Proven understanding of training program and instructional design principles. Experience designing and delivering e-learning modules and virtual sessions is desired. • Knowledge of professional services learning and development processes, such as the ability to balance program facilitation and logistical management • Excellent program facilitation skills, including the ability to lead a multicultural audience • Solid project management skills, including the ability to lead simple and complex tasks, involving a number of stakeholders • Experience balancing dynamic work demands in a challenging, international environment with numerous stakeholders to satisfy • Proven ability to foster relationships at all levels of the organization • Demonstrated ability to communicate credibly and influence and negotiate effectively, at all levels of the organization
