Job title: Senior Marketing Associate Department: Marketing Office/region: Hong Kong Reports to: Director of Marketing Operations

Job Overview: The Senior Marketing Associate will work closely with Partners and Marketing teams (both regionally and globally) to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day PR/media, coordinating and overseeing content distribution and social media planning across APR. This role will also provide direct support and management of key events and campaigns in Pacific.

Key Responsibilities: • Responsible for the coordination (or project lead) of all regional & local PR/Media activities to ensure effective impact and responsiveness to Partner needs. Support team head on all PR/Media activities including by-lined articles and responding to media requests. Work directly with our PR agency to focus our PR strategy and access the impact of the agencies efforts. • Coordinate Oliver Wyman’s speaking opportunities/ participation at major external business events, and sponsorships (e.g. & etc.) • Pipeline management (including on-line/digital and print publication) – on PR push, content push and on-line content uploads • Work with our internal Design, Translation & Publication (DTP+) to create and produce our IC and digital assets. • Perform day-to-day marketing activities including email campaign, social media asset creation and web landing page set-up, scheduling, testing, tagging and deployment of one-time, recurring, triggered and dynamic content-driven campaigns. • Manage campaign execution and coordinate with other marketing colleagues in the region to target key segments, assess data analytics, and relationship management through our CRM system. • Ensure quality messaging & consistency across the marketing channel mix: including conferences & communication tools • Gather market intelligence on key clients and competitors, key associations, and provide regular news clippings with provided tool. • Generate media/PR reports such as share of voice analysis • Manage digital / online / social media web campaigns pipeline. Proof-read and edit articles. Work with external translators, copy-editors and manage project timelines. • Coordinate and plan events with partners and stakeholders. • Manage other marketing-related tasks including utilizing CRM, maintaining regional budget oversight, and quarterly reporting, etc.

Experience Required: • Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Business or a related discipline • 4-7 years of marketing campaign experience • Experience in , management consultancy and/or environment is preferred • Experience producing marketing content for different channels including PR, social media and web • Project management and high volume campaign scheduling experience • Understanding of PR industry and social media is a plus
