Job title: CIS Staffing Co-Ordinator Department: Human Capital Office/region: London / EMEA Reports to: Director of Talent Management, CIS Hours: 9am – 6pm, including 1 hour for lunch

Job We are looking for an exceptional individual to join the CIS Talent Management overview: team. This is a highly demanding position in a fast-paced, environment. The CIS business comprises of approximately 280 and 150 Partners in and (and 21 Partners in other International regions). We have five commercial teams which are organised around vertical sectors (Automotive and Manufacturing and Industries, Telecommunications and Media, Retail and Consumer Goods, Transportation and Services, and Energy). This role is integral to the smooth running of the global business, with focus on Europe and North America. The individual will work as a part of the global TM team, reporting to the Director of Talent Management, CIS (based in London).

Key Support staffing of projects Responsibilities: • Support the staffing of CIS projects in Europe and North America • Understand and manage the process during and after the confirmation of resources to projects, following up to finalise staffing dates, codes, and flow through of information from sales (BFF, CRM) to staffing (Retain). • Understand and track pipeline of potential projects for CIS, managing the inputs from Finance, CRM system and Partners • Attend weekly meetings with CIS TM team, and prepare and collate management information for discussion

Data Integrity and Analysis • Maintain resource planning database (Retain) and take responsibility for the accuracy of its records by; - Billable and Business Development staffing

- Ensure training courses are accurately reflected in Retain - Management of bios in the systems - Confirm vacation in Retain • Maintain the accuracy of staffing information (which forms the basis for weekly reports that are sent to Partners and Principals) • Work with the Talent Managers to assist with checks and balances to internal finance system and Retain to ensure accurate recording of utilisation • Take responsibility for monitoring the use and quality of information in the finance system, this would include; - Process new sales notifications and make changes to existing notifications as needed - Run the weekly project extension report - Run the monthly Retain/Timesheet variance process • Manage Holiday carry over and compliance Reporting • Develop and maintain pipeline (demand) and capacity (supply) reporting, to be shared (weekly) with relevant parties (CTs, geo partners and principals, consultants as appropriate) • Responsibility for regular staffing MIS production • Monitor timesheet submissions and chase missing timesheets • Maintain up to date utilisation numbers for all CIS consultants • Continually evolve the information tracking and provision of key metrics for the running of the business

Experience • 1-2 years’ work experience in a professional services firm in an administrative required: role • Excellent communication, and organisational skills

Skills and • Highly self-motivated with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work Attributes: effectively with diverse personalities and different cultures • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy • Ability to juggle several tasks at once, organise, prioritise and manage own time • Flexible attitude, hard-working, be prepared to step outside of job description if needed • Discrete and ability to work with confidential data • A team player able to function independently, but collaboratively, in a fast- paced environment • An individual known for his/her enthusiasm, integrity and willingness to “roll up his/her sleeves” to get the job done, even the more mundane aspects of the job

Technical skills: • Excellent Excel skills, proficient in word and PowerPoint, and propensity to quickly pick up and learn new systems (e.g., Retain, CRM, etc)
