Job Title: Human Capital Management & Services Coordinator Department: Human Capital Office/Region: Pacific (China – Shanghai) Reports to: Human Capital Management & Services Lead, Greater China

Job Overview: We are looking for an exceptional individual to join the APR HC team in a key coordinator/support role, within HC services (operations, benefits, and mobility) and generalist HC management support and execution responsibilities (recruitment, performance, training, engagement) . This is a highly demanding position in a fast-paced, environment, in which the successful candidate contributes toward the bridge between , SPs and office leadership as well as the specific HC specialist functions. The APR HCM team is responsible for supporting staff throughout and across the employee lifecycle, employee relations, policy interpretation and situation management, coordinating payroll &benefits, and local support, delivery, and execution of generalist HR responsibilities for China with a population of 30 people. This role is integral to ensuring the smooth running of the HC function and therein the business.

Key Responsibilities: HC Operations & Benefits • Ensure accurate and timely administration and delivery of country payroll, tax, and staff benefits arrangements and updates, including relationships with external providers • Maintenance of Personal Files, HRIS Data, employment letters and documentation, Employee notifications and transactions

Mobility • Execution support for local immigration procedures and actions (e.g. work permit and residence visa application) • Local support for employment and transferring arrangements requiring relocation

Recruiting • Local support for entry level and experienced hire recruitment, working closely with the regional recruitment team to coordinate and deliver on a seamless process • Participate in the successful preparation and delivery of Campus related recruitment activities in-country Page 2

Performance Management • Assist with coordination of local review meetings for both Consultants and Support Professionals, working closely with the regional Talent Management team. Participation in review process adding value through contributing views on performance context voice concerns, including employee relations related matters. • Support documentation collation and control relating to personnel files

Training • Contribute to the regional L&D team to support regional training registration and attendance • Assist with local office training requirements and coordination

Employee Relations • Support process and input for employees and managers on issues relating to performance, fairness, and culture

Policy • Assist with local policy compliance and communication • Provide guidance and information within the HC team • Local contact point for employee HC queries • Data management and support for audit purposes

Experience Required: Experience required . Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience . 3 - 5 years+ work experience in a HC related role (operations, recruitment, or generalist HR) . Understanding of and exposure to professional services / consulting or multi- national corporate environment
