Job title: & Pacific Regional FP&A Lead Department: Finance Office/region: Asia Pacific / Hong Kong or Singapore Reports to: International FP&A lead

Job Oliver Wyman is seeking an Asia & Pacific Regional FP&A Lead responsible for overview: financial reporting, analytics, and business support for the region. The Asia & Pacific Regional FP&A Lead will be expected to work with a high degree of autonomy and accountability and build trusted relationships with the region head, his management team, business leaders and partners. The role will have a strong link with the broader OWG FP&A team and is expected to establish strong coordination with region chief of staff and region / country controllers. This newly created role should progressively build strong leadership in a very fast growth environment supporting all practices in 8 offices across the region. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background, an understanding of financial systems and possess excellent interpersonal and analytical capabilities.

Key  Financial reporting & analysis Responsibilities: o Prepare and deliver weekly & monthly reporting, KPI’s and analysis to Region Head and his Management Committee, primarily focused on o Region/Market revenues, backlog, pipeline and project profitability o Business development activity o Intersections with vertical and horizontal practice analysis o Market and client penetration analytics o Capacity analysis o Partner productivity and margin management o Expense management in coordination with infrastructure departments o Special projects and ad hoc analysis as needed

 Business , financial operations and advice o Partner with the Region Head and practice leaders to provide financial information to support the regional/market strategy and management of the business o Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders. Foster appropriate interaction with the business to help achieve goals – growth, productivity and profit improvement o Partner with the Asia Controllership function to help bridge the gap between the business and controllership. o Point person to liaise with the Controllership function to better understand the needs of the business and implement formalized efficient processes and controls. o As the regional point person for the OWG FP&A function, help communicate all the policies and processes to the business and partners o Work with the controllership group on finance operations matters, including but not limited to project lifecycle (opportunity to cash collections), expense process and monthly financial close.

 Planning & forecasting o Provide support on capacity planning for the region coordinating with region leadership, OW global capacity management team, and vertical practice and FP&A leads. o Help region and practices determine annual targets (revenues, investments) in coordination with OW planning team o Coordinate annual budgeting with controllers and the business to help them understand regional and country budgets o Periodic forecasting coordination for the practices in the region

 Liaison with other regional functions o Key FP&A contact with regional / country controllers o Point person to coordinate all operational finance matters between the business and region controllers o Support OWG FP&A team and region controllers during month end close o Strong coordination with tax, legal, treasury, practice services, human capital and other OW function heads as needed

 Other additional functions o Support M&A activity as needed o Support firm wide initiatives and change management in the region o Support the process of determining partner compensation.

Experience  BA or BS degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting preferred required:  5+ years’ experience in a financial, analytical or consulting role  Working experience in a / consulting firm  Strong finance and/or analytical background

Skills and  Fluent in English Attributes:  Superior analytical skills and attention to detail  Strong initiative/seek and accept new challenges, and have a high level of intellectual curiosity as it relates to new projects, and finding solutions to problems  Adaptable to a fast paced and quickly changing environment  Thrives in a strong team environment, including willingness to assist other team members and share knowledge  Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment  Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to interact with and advise multiple constituencies in the organization
