Easy Lock Slide guard half over driveline and into the insert nylon bearing tabs openings in the guard. Push The nylon bearing and guard are now secure. FREELY - Use screwdriver to release Easy Lock clip. Turn the Turn - Use screwdriver to release Easy Lock clip. EASY LOCK GUARD SYSTEM LOCK EASY nylon bearings to disengage from the guard and remove guard. TO REMOVE GUARD TO REMOVE GUARD Clean and grease bearing raceway before the nylon bearing is placed in the groove. Grease any remaining nylon bearings in guard. > Insert hub in sprocket plate or blank

> Hold the parts in place with a C-clamp

> Tack weld in two places

> Remove C-clamp and weld continuously around hub. Always weld on larger side of hub, except on smaller sprockets where the weld may interfere with chain clearance.
