Voskì Zorah 2015 £59 Garandmak, Voskeat Yeghegnadzor, Vayots Dzor, 13.5%, Vegan Vibrant, juicy and layered with beautiful acidity that comes from vines grown at high altitudes. The foral and spicy notes give way to a full-bodied white – a harmonious and authentic blend of two of Armenia’s ancient indigenous varieties. AUSTRALIA 103. The Last Stand 2018 £28 Chardonnay Victoria, 12.5% Refreshingly unoaked, citrus and white peach favours combine with a zesty fresh acidity and a clean, bright and linear mineral fnish.

Esoterico, Unico Zelo 2018 £44 Fiano, Zibbibo, Moscato Giallo, Gewurtztraminer, Greco Riverland & Clare Valley, 12.5%, Vegan, Skin Contact/Orange Wine This is one of the most enjoyable wines to craft, as there is no preconceived idea of what it must taste like - the chief driver is pure drinkability - a “Scrumptious’ quality - mouthwatering acidity and ‘say hello!’ tannins. It’s a Bohemian at heart. AUSTRIA 105. Erde, Weingut Maria & Sepp Muster 2017 £100 Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay Styria, 13.5%, Natural Much like a with tannin & tension, this orange wine has notes of cider, dried lemon & savoury herbs. Aptly named “Erde” meaning earth this wine is eccentric but ideally suited for those fans of orange wines & extremely tannic white wines. This wine comes in a clay bottle!

WHITE - Bottle CANADA 106. Quails Gate 2016 £42 Chardonnay Okanagan Valley, British Columbia, 14% Medium bodied, but with a real ripeness, the palate shows a combination of white stone, melon & tropical fruits with subtle notes of toast & vanilla, enriching the mouthfeel.

CHILE 107. Aliwen Reserva, Undurraga 2015 £28 Chardonnay Curico Valley, 13% All the lovely gentle pineapple creaminess that you want in an elegant Chardonnay. A delicious glass of wine from a top producer. 108. Outer Limits, Montes 2018 £37 Sauvignon Blanc Zapallar, Aconcagua Costa,13.5%, Vegan, Sustainable A very intense nose, with attractive tropical fruit notes of passion fruit & pink grapefruit mingled with tomato leaf & green chilli. A subtle saline touch on the fnish hints at the coastal origin.

CHINA 109. Ningxia, Kanaan 2017/18 £47 Riesling Ningxia Helan Mountain, 13.5% This is a dry style Riesling. Aromas of grapefruit, green apple and lime blossom. The favours are consistent and concentrated on the palate, well-balanced with bright and zesty acidity.

CROATIA 110. Alba, Matošević Malvasia 2019 £37 Malvazija Istarska Istria, 12.5%, Vegan Aromas of camomile, acacia, lime zest, quince, pear, apricot and ripe nectarine. An incredibly crisp acidity balances beautifully with the concentration of favours. It has a medium body and a long fnish, marked by tremendous minerality. FRANCE 111. Picpoul de Pinet, Baron de Badassière 2019 £30 Picpoul Blanc Languedoc, 13%, Vegan On the nose, it has aromas of citrus fruit, grapefruit, lemon & lime, & foral notes. On the palate, it has attractive weight, with a good balance of zesty acidity & mineralogy, as well as a touch of saltiness on the fnish.

WHITE - Bottle FRANCE CONTINUED 112. The Holy Snail, Domaine Joel Delaunay 2019 £32 Sauvignon Blanc Loire, 12.5%, Vegan Pale yellow in colour with green tints. It has an expressive nose, marrying grapefruit, fresh lime & a subtle touch of tropical fruit. These bright fruits continue onto the palate, which is round, feshy & framed by a delicate touch of sweetness. 113. Réserve Personnelle, Boutinot 2018 £38 Chardonnay Mâcon-Villages, 13% Elegant, clean & fresh, with a hint of almonds & creaminess. Unoaked but layered & textured on the palate. Ideal on its own or as an easy match for food. 114. Michel Léon, Arthur Metz 2018/19 £36 Gewürtztraminer Alsace, 13% Apples, pears, honey & aromas follow onto a clean & just off-dry palate. 115. Macon Fuissé, Domaine Jean-Paul Paquet & Fils 2018 £42 Chardonnay Macon-Fuisse, 13% A stylish white Burgundy from one of the Pouilly satellites that lie southwest of Macon itself. Full of ripe green baked apple favours, with a pleasant hint of spice. 116. Comte Lafond Grande Cuvee Blanc, Domaines de Ladoucette 2016 £69 Sauvignon Blanc Sancerre, Upper , 12.5%, Vegetarian Herbaceous & grassy with plenty of minerality & a little gooseberry. Soft & refned on the palate with citrus fruits lifting the acidity. Harmoniously balanced with rich, complex favours. 117. Château-Neuf-du-Pape Blanc, E. Guigal 2017 £72 Blanc, , Clairette, Bourboulenc, Piquepoul, Picardan Château-Neuf-du-Pape, 13.5%, Vegan E. Guigal Chateau-neuf-du-Pape Blanc is a bit of a rarity, a white wine from the illustrious Chateau-neuf-du-Pape wine growing appellation, an AOC which is very famous for its red wines. Pale youthful gold colour, expressive nose of white fower & peach. Rich, round & elegant wine. 118. Chablis Grand Regnard, Domaines de Ladoucette 2018 £75 Chardonnay Burgundy, 12.5%, Vegetarian The epitome of premium Chablis. Bright, pale-straw accented with green. On the nose it is elegant & fresh with notes of green apples, lemon & apricot, it has a notable intense aroma, whereas on the palate it is rich, rounded & mellow. WHITE

Baron de L, Domaines de Ladoucette 2017 £98 Sauvignon Blanc Pouilly-Fume, 12.5%, Vegetarian The largest & most famous Pouilly-Fume have been in the hands of the Comte Lafond & Ladoucette families since 1787. This Grande Cuvee of Pouilly-Fume is produced exclusively in the best years & is made from only the free-run juice, whereby only the juice released by the weight of the grapes themselves is used. Matured on lees for up to 6 months. A world-class white wine, & served at Elton John’s wedding no less! 120. , Tbilvino 2018 £34 Rkatsiteli Kakheti, 12% A single example of Rkatsiteli, Georgia’s most widely planted indigenous white grape, here grown in the cachet region. It is a pale golden wine, with light lemon & honey aromatics. Creamy on the palate, with a slightly stewed fruit fnish. GERMANY 121. Abtsberg Kabinett, Maximin Grünhaus 2018 £45 Riesling Mosel, 7.5%, Medium-Sweet, Sustainable On the nose, this wine has aromas of fresh lemon zest & hints of tropical fruits. The palate is fresh with an elegant minerality. The sweetness is perfectly balanced with a crisp fnish. HUNGARY 122. , Chateau Dereszla 2019 £28 Tokaj, 11.5%, Vegetarian Crisp & zesty dry white wine, with a delightful foral aromas, tangy orange peel & zippy fnish. INDIA 123. M/S, Masi Piero – Steven Spurrier 2017 £32 Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc Akluj, Maharashtra, 12.5%, Vegan Pale yellow with a hint of green in appearance, the wine has foral notes alongside white summer fruits. This is a medium bodied wine with expressive ripe fruit, invigorating acidity and a long fnish.

This straw yellow wine has a full-bodied character and a strong structure. 125. Villa Chiópris 2018 £32 Pinot Grigio Friuli Venezia Giulia, 12% Style and fnesse from the North West of Italy. 126. Gavi Oro, La Scolca 2019 £32 Gavi, Piedmont, 12% From perhaps the most famous Gavi producer. Perfect precision of crisp fruit and weight. 127. Organic Vermentino, Poggiotondo 2019 £34 Vermentino Tuscany, 12.5%, Organic This wine has a lovely aromatic nose, showing delicate stone fruit & foral aromas. On the palate, it has gentle & refreshing acidity, with a rich texture & a savoury fnish. 128. Baglio Antico Bianco, Cantine Rallo 2019 £36 Sicilia, Italy, 12.5%, Natural, Skin Contact/Orange Wine The Baglio Bianco has all the tannic structure & body that distinguishes an orange wine from white, with predominant favours of russet apples & red plums - utterly quaffable! Amber in colour & aromatically redolent of peach, pear & roasted apricot, this is, as Randall Grahm might say, “like Gewurtztraminer on acid”. The aromatics are wild, the spiciness intense. 129. Lugana Santa Cristina, Zenato 2018 £42 di Lugana Veneto, 13% Just stunning, rich creamy and impossible to dislike. Another favourite from an Italian adventure. Made by the incomparable Zenato family. 130. Gewürztraminer, Franz Haas 2018 £48 Gewürztraminer Alto-Adige, Trentino-Alto Adige,14%, Vegan This wine is an intense golden colour with a deep bouquet of complex fragrances including lychee, orange peel, roses & spiced notes of clove & nutmeg. On the palate, it is fresh with a vibrant acidity & fnishes with lingering almond notes. 131. Ageno, La Stoppa 2015 £52 Malvasia di Candia Aromatica, Ortrugo, Trebbiano Emilia-Romagna, Italy, 13.5%, Natural, Skin Contact/Orange Wine Amber in colour & aromatically redolent of peach, pear & roasted apricot, this is like Gewurtztraminer on acid. The aromatics are wild, the spiciness intense. WHITE

La Rocca, Pieropan 2018 £55 Classico, Veneto,13%, Organic, Vegan, Sustainable Golden yellow in the glass, with intense, concentrated perfumes that follow through to the palate. Classic La Rocca aromas of almond essence & honey lead to an elegant & beautifully balanced palate, with notes of vanilla & almond kernel, ripe apricots & exotic fruit. The long fnish has a light mineral edge.

133. ‘Piere’ Sauvignon Blanc, Vie di Romans 2017 £59 Sauvignon Blanc Isonzo, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, 14.5%, Vegan On the nose, there are intense aromas of fresh pear, gooseberry with sweet pastry & spicy notes. The wine has excellent balance in the mouth & showcases a rounded, fuller style of Sauvignon Blanc.

This is a Pinot Grigio like you’ve never tasted before. Gorgeous intensity, pure fruit, mineral elegance, layered & textured. Only released after two years.

135. Integer, Marco De Bartoli 2018 £74 Zibibbo Sicilia, Italy, 10.5%, Natural Aromatically explosive, drinkable & profound. Grapefruit, wild herbs, balsamic smoky aromas & favours.

136. Cervaro della Sala, 2017 £88 Chardonnay, Grechetto Umbria, 13% The 2017 vintage, characterised by a generally warm climate, nonetheless maintains the freshness & the typical Mediterranean style of Cervaro della Sala. The nose offers notes of chamomile & fint. The palate is savoury with the characteristic & delicate sensations of vanilla & butter which meld gracefully into hints of tropical fruit to compose a well-defned bouquet. LUXEMBOURG 137. Clos Des Rochers Pinot Blanc Grand Premier Cru, Bernard-Massard 2017 £35 Pinot Blanc Moselle, 13% A pale brilliant yellow colour with a fne, fruity nose & good aromatic intensity. In the mouth, the wine is supple & round. A well-made wine which is pleasant, fresh & well-balanced.

The fnish is mouthwatering with juicy fruit & minerally acidity. 139. ’Spitfre’ Small Parcels, Kim Crawford 2019 £38 Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough, 13% A hugely aromatic wine with aromas of passionfruit, nettles, citrus. The complex palate launches a concentrated burst of juicy tropical fruits & grapefruit backed with minerality & a long lingering fnish. 140. Lismore, Ata Rangi 2018 £52 /Pinot Grigio Martinborough, 13.5%, Vegan The aromas of this Pinot Gris are reminiscent of peach, grapefruit, Granny Smith apples & notes of hazelnuts. The palate is creamy, with favours of fresh apricot & savoury notes. On the long fnish, the wine shows complexity & will develop with bottle age.

Altano Douro Branco, Symington 2017/18 £28 Malvasia Fina, Viosinho, Rabigato, Moscatel Galego Douro, Portugal, 12.5% Well-rounded & harmonious, with notes of tinned peaches & fresh herbs, a fresh juicy palate & a long mouthwatering fnish. 142. Dão Branco Especial, Quinta dos Carvalhais NV £65 Encruzado, Gouveio, Semillon, Other White Varieties Dão, 14%, Vegan, Sustainable A hugely complex white made from a blend of wines from seven different vintages aged in barrel for many years in the medieval cellar at the Quinta dos Carvalhais estate. Bright golden in colour, the Branco Especial has huge intensity & complexity of aroma on the nose with well-defned aromas of apple, dried fruits & honey married with brioche & warm spicy notes. The wine is rich with extraordinary body on the palate balanced by a lively acidity. An elegant, complex & very Sophisticated white wine. SLOVENIA 143. Gašper 2018 £35 Pinot Grigio Goriška Brda, 13.5%, Vegan Straw yellow in colour with a subtle shade of pink. The nose is reminiscent of pear, grapefruit, pineapple and cinnamon. Well balanced, this medium-bodied Pinot Grigio has a lovely richness, with a silky fnish and citrus aromas. WHITE

Bottle SOUTH AFRICA 144. Boutinot, Primordial Soup 2018/19 £27 Chenin Blanc, Viognier West Cape, 12.5% A cultured blend of the Western Cape’s brightest cultivars is alive with frm, feshy fruit. On the nose, it has notes of jasmine and white stone fruit. It has a nuanced citrusy palate and tangy fnish.

145. Buitenverwachting 2019 £32 Sauvignon Blanc Constantia, 13% A pale lemon-coloured wine with a bouquet reminiscent of green fgs with hints of gooseberries & green peppers. Dry & full-bodied with a long, lingering fnish.

146. Clay Shales, Crystallum 2019 £60 Chardonnay Walker Bay, Hemel-en Aarde, Cape South Coast, 13.5%, Vegan Classic fint on the nose with candied lemon, ripe peach & honeysuckle favours on the palate with hints of honey. A saline mineralogy & succulent, juicy texture add to the complexity of this intense & long lasting wine. SPAIN 147. Rias Baixas Albariño, Mar de Frades 2018/19 £39 Albariño Rías Baixas, Galicia, Spain, 12.5%, Vegetarian Mango, lychee & pineapple, balanced by a sprinkling of salt & a fresh, pleasing aroma of eucalyptus. Delicious!

148. El Garbi, Productions 2017 £37 Garnacha Blanca Terra Alta, Catalonia, 14%, Vegan Displays a beautiful straw colour with aromas of apricot, golden delicious apple, & subtle baking spices. On the palate, these elements are joined by favours of toasted brioche with fennel & aniseed notes.

149. Inspiración, Bodegas Valdemar 2017 £39 Blanco , 12.5% This unusual variety – a white mutation of Tempranillo -was harvested by hand from Valdemar’s Alto Cantabria vineyard. An expressive, aromatic nose of citrus fruit, pineapple & toast. Expansive & full bodied, with a creamy mouthfeel offset by delightfully bright fruit.

150. Fransola, Torres 2017 £45 Sauvignon Blanc, Penedès, 13%, Vegan Complex aromas of exotic passion fruit, delicately supported by fne notes of toast & vanilla from the -aging. Well-balanced with foral notes that pleasantly linger for a long time. WHITE

Luscious, with delicate extract & a clean dry fnish. USA 152. Stonehedge 2017 £34 Chardonnay Santa Lucia Highlands, California, 14% Lush apple pie and creamy richness from the good ol’ US of A. URUGUAY 153. Reserva Albariño, Bodega Garzón Estate 2018 £39 Albariño Garzón, Maldonado, 14%, Vegan, Sustainable Pale yellow with a green hue, this Albariño is intense with peach & citrus aromas. The freshness & minerality on the mid-palate is superb, ably supported by a remarkable acidity which frames the juicy fruit on the crisp fnish.

201. Rock Angel, Château d’Esclans 2018 £55 Grenache, Cinsault, Rolle, Syrah Côtes de Provence, 13.5% Sacha Lachine is the man that revolutionised fne rosé. You might know his Whispering Angel. The Rock Angel is a huge step up! Pale pink but with enough structure to accompany food, this superior Provence rosé offers apple, pink grapefruit & rosehip notes, with some minerality & a nice bit of grip on the palate. ITALY 202. Pinot Grigio Blush Delle Venezie, Sentito 2018 £6 £8 £27 Pinot Grigio Venezie, 12% Aromas and favours of raspberries and strawberries. A light fuffy pink glass of summer anytime.

Intense herby & earthy nose. Bone dry quality, which is quite exceptional for an Amarone, fairly mature but still powerful, with juicy plum character & dried grape tannins. 100ml 50cl Bottle 501. Negrino Aleatico Dolce, Leone de Castris £8 £32 Puglia, Italy, 11% Intense red wine with Purpleish highlights. The nose is intense with high perfume of rose and berries mixed in marvellous aromatic complexity. In the mouth it is naturally sweet, wide and smooth.

502. Graham’s Six Grapes Reserve Port £6 Porto, Portugal, 20% Dark red colour, with a seductive rich perfume of ripe plums and cherries. On the palate, complex, with a good structure and a long lingering fnish.

503. ’Gold’ Niagara Vidal Icewine, Inniskillin £65 Niagara, Ontario, Canada, 9.5% Aromas of peach, apricot, cinnamon and clove with a touch of toast on the nose. Intense marmalade and orange favours balance the crisp acidity of this complex Icewine.
