REGION: / Teliani Valley has the longest tenure of Georgian in the US market. Teliani Valley makes wines from Georgian with broad appeal to the US market and exceptional QPR. Kindzmarauli is one of the most well- known Georgian wines given its popularity in the Soviet period. This naturally semi-sweet has been making American converts for the last decade. Kindzmarauli is sweet but not too sweet because it is made from 100% ; a tannic and complex . are sourced from the district in accordance to DOC code. Fermentation is stopped early by temperature control leaving 35 g/l residual sugar.

TASTING NOTES Aromas of rose petals, violets, plums and wild berries. Firmly weighed fruit, a hint of sweetness, a soft silky finish with a balance of tannin.

FOOD PAIRING Perfect wine for spicy food. Try with spicy duck, Szechuan or blue cheese.

REGION: Georgia / Kakheti Orgo is a small artisan that is a project between the 4th Generation Georgian wine maker Gogi Dikishivili and his son Temur. All their grapes are sourced from older vines with 1.5 kg yield per vine. The Dakishvili’s do the entire wine making process in large clay jars, called “qvevri”, buried under the ground. UNESCO recognizes the Georgian qvevri as the the oldest wine making vessel in the dating back 8,000 years. Orgo Rkatsiteli is a dry wihte/ fermented and aged in Qvevri for 6 months, using skin contact for the entire period of the aging. The skin contact produces a dark orange or amber wine that is tannic. Open air fermentation, all native yeast, low sulfites, unfiltered, 4,000 btls.

TASTING NOTES Lovely aromas and notes of dried apricot, raisins, sweet spices, black tea. dried flowers and walnuts, are followed by a full-bodied wine with grip and firm tannin.

FOOD PAIRING A wine made to pair with food. Excellent with with strong cheese, pork, turkey or even red meats.
