About the role Driven by current and future multi-million-dollar Education and Science projects, and in support of our growth strategy, we have a terrific opportunity for a Principal Architect (Design Director). As an integral member of the practice, it is a key appointment offering a true blend of , project delivery and consulting for our clients.

GHD Woodhead has exceptional success within the Tertiary Education sector and will continue to be actively engaged and involved in all facets from Master Planning through to design and delivery of specialist facilities. Key responsibilities This role has shared responsibility for the reputation, growth, development and performance of the Practice, is a client and project-focussed role and includes business development and marketing activities across the Market Sector with a focus on Tertiary Education consultancy services.

Successful consideration requirements  Architectural experience with a passion for typologies that align with GHDWoodhead market subsectors, specifically education facilities  A passion for Education design incorporating project delivery, leading a portfolio and acting as the spokesperson on the sector  Understand the key drivers for Education Facilities  Understand the value of a broad and diverse range of services for clients  A strong history of delivering results and a demonstrable business acumen  Strong leadership and influencing skills  Embraces collaborative work practices and culture of inclusion  Highly dependable with self-management capability including time management skills  A proactive customer centric approach to professional service delivery  Well established networks and relationships with the public and private sector (contextual)
