Job Description: Director (Baltimore, MD) As a key member of an incredibly talented team, you will develop, implement, and manage the company's design strategy. You’ll also be responsible for bringing new approaches to design process and strategy, coaching and developing next-generation talent, and representing the firm in the larger design community.

What Does Success Look Like: ü Leader: you’re leading the design team, internally and externally, through all phases of interior projects ü Project Owner: you ensure creative deliverables are executed within scope, budget, and timeline ü Client Love: at the end of projects, clients hug you ü Mentor: you’re a role model through presence and action and set high standards for design team ü Shining Example: you participate in business development efforts and represent the firm in industry and professional communities.

Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in or interior design with 15 years of experience (preferred) • Applicable credentials: NCIDQ/NCARB/LEED • You know your stuff (aka strong knowledge of design, trends, construction methodology, material application, manufacturer-supplier appropriateness, architectural building systems, building codes, sustainability, integrated project design, LEED guidelines, QA/QC process and the ability to research and apply/incorporate into technical documents) • Possess strong hand and advanced CAD drafting skills with proficiency in our industry software (AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign) • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
