Design Directors at DeSantis Breindel are equal parts leaders and creators. With a strong point of view, they manage design work streams, present to clients, voice new ideas—and roll up their sleeves to create beautiful solutions to complex branding projects. We’re looking for a strong designer with experience in B2B branding and an eagerness to share their knowledge with senior and junior design teammates. You should be ready to work across disciplines, collaborating daily with strategists, project managers, developers and the occasional filmmaker, as well as designers, the creative director, and agency partners. What You’ll Do

• Work with team members from strategy and the account team to create jaw- dropping design concepts that work across media and markets to push clients’ business forward • Supervise and contribute to the development and implementation of design solutions for everywhere a brand can live—not just print, but web, video, events, and beyond • Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines without skipping a beat • Contribute to our entrepreneurial culture of collective learning, sharing your ideas and receiving real-time professional development • Use storytelling to compellingly present creative concepts and deliverables to clients • Partner with the account and strategy team to nurture relationships with clients

What we’re looking for

• Graduate or undergraduate degree in related art or visual design discipline • Minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience • Ability to see projects through from concept to completion—both independently and as the leader of a team • Polished communication skills in presentations and in writing • Ability to create and implement branding and marketing initiatives across traditional and digital channels

• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office • Preferred: Management experience • Preferred: B2B brand identity or advertising experience
