Classic Ruben Sandwich $18 Shaved Montreal Smoked Meat, Grainy Dijon Mustard, Sauerkraut on Rye Bread 2 slices of Rye Bread, 1 fl oz of Thousand Island Dressing on the top slice, .5 fl oz of Grainy Dijon on the bottom slice – heat by steam 3.5 oz of shaved Montreal smoked beef and then place on to the bottom slice and lay 2 pc of Swiss cheese onto the meat – while warming the meat also warm and dry out the sauerkraut 2 fl oz and place that on top of the cheese – follow with the final slice of bread – cut in half and skewer each side with ¼ wedge of dill pickle.
